PC Workstation (PCWS) for the FS-3700/2700
PC Workstation is a powerful Windows XP based management utility which moves the management functionality of the FS-3700 and/or the FS-3600/2700 system onto a back office PC.
PCWS resides on an in-store PC and communicates “real time” with the FS-3700, FS-3600 or FS-2700 Terminals via the LAN network. Just like the FS-3700 or FS-3600/2700 terminals, when activity occurs at any station, the PCWS database is also updated, providing real-time management reporting from the back office.

PCWS System Highlights
- Along with providing “real time” flash reporting, the FS-3700/3600/2700 System Z Reports can be performed directly through the PCWS software, either manually or scheduled automatically. The PCWS Software also generates export files of this report data.
- All programming changes to the FS-3700/3600/2700 database can be performed directly at the PC Workstation through a very familiar and user friendly interface. PCWS uses the Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE) to store all of your sales and programming information.
- Included with this is the ability to program your FS-3700/3600 screen layout and buttons, or your FS-2700 key locations. Again this process is simplified through PCWS because of the Windows interface, and familiar operations.
- The FS-3700/3600/2700 system allows you to manage your inventory by creating recipes for reporting and tracking usage of raw ingredients. With PC Workstation, you can manage the FS-3700/3600/2700 inventory system from the back office PC. All of the supported functions of the terminal, transfers and wastes, entering your receipts, and the ending inventory, can all be maintained at the back office PC.
- PC Workstation also allows you to control the payroll system of the FS-3700/3600/2700 from the back office. With PCWS you can edit punch times, and generate your payroll reports.
